Transync AI is an AI-powered communication platform designed for international meetings, calls, classes, travel, and face-to-face conversations. It translates speech in real time and displays the original and translated text as bilingual subtitles. The platform supports more than 60 languages and over 1,700 language pairs, with automatic language detection that allows participants to continue speaking naturally without manually switching languages during a conversation.

The platform works with online meeting services such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. Instead of adding a meeting bot or requiring participants to install a browser extension, users open Transync AI alongside their meeting and share system audio. The software listens to the conversation, distinguishes speakers, and produces translated subtitles and optional voice playback. It can also work with WhatsApp calls and other browser-based or desktop communication tools.

Transync AI’s voice translator reads translated content aloud using natural male or female voices. Users can interrupt the playback during a conversation, select different voice styles, and use voice cloning on supported workflows to reproduce translated speech in a more personalized voice. A virtual microphone can send translated voice output into compatible meeting software.

After a meeting, the platform preserves bilingual transcripts and creates structured AI meeting notes containing summaries, decisions, and action items. Users can add professional keywords, job context, technical terminology, and meeting topics to improve translation accuracy. Floating picture-in-picture subtitles keep translations visible above other applications while users work or present.

Transync AI is available through the web and applications for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with synchronized data across devices. New accounts currently receive 40 free translation minutes, while continued usage requires a paid allowance.
