Tettra is an AI-powered knowledge management platform designed for companies that want to centralize internal documentation and make reliable answers easier for employees to find. Teams can create Tettra pages or bring in existing knowledge from sources such as Google Docs, Notion, and local files, creating a searchable internal knowledge base rather than leaving information scattered across different tools.

At the center of Tettra’s AI capabilities is Kai, its AI knowledge assistant. Employees can ask questions directly in Tettra or Slack, and Kai searches the company knowledge base to generate an answer. If it cannot find the information, it can help route the question to an appropriate subject-matter expert so the answer can be captured and reused later. Kai also supports AI page tagging, FAQ generation, Slack thread summarization, and extracting existing answers from Slack conversations.

Tettra also focuses heavily on knowledge maintenance. Subject-matter experts can verify pages on a schedule, teams can request missing or updated information, and content reports help identify stale, unowned, or publicly accessible pages that may need attention. The platform includes Q&A, semantic search, usage analytics, permissions, external knowledge sites, unlimited version history, API access, and HTML export.

Current integrations include Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, Zapier, Notion, and API access. Zapier can further connect Tettra with more than 1,000 applications for automated documentation workflows.

Tettra currently offers a Scaling plan displayed at $8 per user/month with a 10-user minimum, plus custom Enterprise pricing. Annual billing receives a discount, and a 30-day free trial without a credit card is available. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, priority support, custom onboarding, training, reporting, and integrations.
