Supernormal is an AI-powered meeting and project-work platform designed for agencies, consultants, client-service teams, project managers, and other professionals who need to turn conversations into completed work. Its desktop application captures meeting audio directly from the user’s computer, allowing it to create notes without placing a visible bot in most calls. It supports online meetings and in-person conversations on compatible Mac and Windows devices.

Users can connect a Google or Outlook calendar so Supernormal detects scheduled meetings automatically. During a conversation, it captures the discussion, transcribes speakers, and prepares a structured record. Afterward, users can edit and format the notes, review decisions and action items, ask questions about what was discussed, and generate follow-up content from the meeting context. Speaker labels are currently available for scheduled meetings linked to calendar events.

Supernormal now extends beyond meeting summaries through contextual AI agents. Meetings can be organized into client or project workspaces, supplemented with uploaded documents, emails, images, and other supporting material. The agents can then produce follow-up emails, project briefs, proposals, research reports, presentations, spreadsheets, campaign visuals, calendar invitations, and other shareable deliverables. This makes the platform particularly useful for agencies and client-facing teams that repeatedly convert discovery calls, kickoffs, reviews, and strategy meetings into concrete outputs.

Supernormal also provides MCP connectivity for linking meeting context with other work tools. Its current pricing, introduced progressively from April 2026, uses shared credits rather than traditional meeting-minute allowances. The permanent Free plan includes 15 monthly credits, a five-credit daily usage limit, bot-free desktop note capture, unlimited projects, content-generation tools, and MCP access. Team and Business plans add shared credits, unlimited seats, rollover allowances, branding removal, SSO, audit logs, data-retention controls, and administration features.
