Read AI is an AI-powered meeting and productivity platform designed for professionals, sales teams, managers, recruiters, consultants, educators, and organizations that need to capture and retrieve information from workplace conversations. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, automatically producing meeting reports containing transcripts, summaries, topics, action items, key questions, chapters, and important moments. Users can allow the Read Assistant to join scheduled meetings or capture supported conversations through desktop and mobile applications.

Beyond standard note-taking, Read AI analyzes participant engagement, sentiment, speaking patterns, and audience reactions. It can identify impactful statements, highlight important sections, and provide personalized coaching insights intended to help users improve meeting participation and communication. Playback and generated highlights are available on eligible plans.

Ask Read and enterprise search help users retrieve information across meetings, transcripts, emails, messages, documents, and connected workplace applications. Answers include references to the conversations or materials where the information appeared. Read can also summarize Gmail, Outlook, Slack, and Microsoft Teams activity, helping users identify important topics without reviewing every message individually.

Users can upload existing audio or video recordings to generate speaker-labelled transcripts, summaries, chapters, questions, action items, and playback reports. Mobile applications for iOS and Android can record and summarize in-person discussions, while desktop applications are available for Windows and macOS. The mobile apps do not currently record phone calls, FaceTime calls, or virtual meetings running directly on the same phone.

Read integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Asana, Google Docs, OneNote, Zapier, ChatGPT, Claude, calendars, APIs, webhooks, and MCP-compatible workflows. Its permanent Free plan includes five meeting transcripts per month, while paid plans add unlimited meeting reports, storage, premium integrations, uploads, playback, workspace features, and advanced enterprise controls.
