It can automatically join scheduled Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls as a meeting agent, or capture conversations without a visible bot through its Chrome extension and desktop recorder. Summaries, highlights, tasks, and customer insights can be sent to systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack, Notion, and task-management tools.
