Krisp AI Meeting Assistant is a meeting productivity and voice-enhancement platform designed for professionals, remote teams, sales representatives, recruiters, consultants, customer-facing teams, and organizations that conduct frequent online or in-person conversations. It captures meetings, generates transcripts, prepares structured notes, identifies decisions and follow-up tasks, and improves call clarity by removing background noise, nearby voices, and echo.
Unlike meeting assistants that always add a visible bot to the participant list, Krisp can work directly at the audio-device level through its desktop application. Users select the Krisp microphone and speaker inside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack Huddles, or another conferencing service. Because the platform processes the meeting audio rather than depending on one specific conferencing integration, it can work across a broad range of communication applications. Bot-based recording is also available when preferred.
During meetings, Krisp can provide transcription while recording audio or video, or operate in a transcript-only mode without saving the media. English transcription can be processed on the device for greater privacy and speed, while server-based transcription supports 15 additional officially listed languages. Transcripts include speaker identification, timestamps, editing and sharing tools, and custom vocabulary for industry-specific terms and names.
After each conversation, Krisp creates AI notes, detailed summaries, decisions, chapters, highlights, and action items. Tasks can be assigned to team members, given due dates, prioritized, and marked as completed from a centralized dashboard. AI Chat lets users ask questions about a meeting and retrieve details without manually reading the entire transcript. Custom note templates can also be created for different meeting types and reporting formats.
Krisp supports online, hybrid, and in-person meetings through its desktop and mobile experiences. It also connects with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Zapier, calendars, and MCP-compatible AI assistants. Current access begins with a seven-day premium trial, while Core, Advanced, and Enterprise plans provide different storage, administration, compliance, accent-conversion, and collaboration allowances.
