JotMe
JotMe is an AI meeting assistant for real-time voice translation, multilingual transcription, summaries, meeting notes, and conversational support across online and in-person meetings.
JotMe is an AI-powered interpretation and meeting productivity platform designed for international teams, professionals, event organizers, and organizations that communicate across languages. It provides real-time voice translation, live transcription, meeting summaries, recordings, and AI-generated notes in more than 200 languages. The platform works with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and other meeting services without requiring a bot to join the call. It can also support face-to-face conversations and live events through its mobile applications.
During a meeting, JotMe listens to the conversation and displays translated or same-language captions in real time. Its translation system considers complete sentences, conversational context, tone, and custom vocabulary instead of translating every phrase independently. Users can add business names, technical terminology, product names, and industry-specific expressions to improve recognition and translation accuracy.
JotMe also offers real-time summaries that condense ongoing discussions into easier-to-follow updates. Its Ask JotMe assistant lets participants search the meeting context and request explanations while the conversation is still taking place. Users who need to respond in another language can generate a suggested speech script with pronunciation support.
After a meeting, transcripts and translations are saved to the user’s dashboard. JotMe can create structured AI meeting notes using both the transcript and any personal notes entered during the call. These records can be searched, copied, exported, translated, or used to review decisions and follow-up items.
The platform is available through a Chrome extension, desktop applications for Windows and macOS, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. A permanent free plan is offered with limited translation minutes, transcription time, AI credits, meeting history, and custom vocabulary.
