Hercules

Hercules is an AI-powered application development platform designed to help businesses, founders, operations teams, and non-technical users build custom software without traditional coding. Users describe the application they want in natural language, and the Hercules AI Agent generates and modifies the application while providing a live environment for testing and publishing. Typical projects include CRM systems, ERP applications, HR portals, inventory trackers, operational dashboards, customer-facing software, websites, and mobile applications.

The platform includes much of the infrastructure normally required for full-stack development. Hercules provides hosting, databases, backend functions, authentication, file storage, email, payments, domains, analytics, role-based permissions, scheduled tasks, version control, and API integrations. Its AI capabilities also extend beyond application generation: developers can incorporate AI text generation, image generation, speech generation, transcription, chatbots, and real-time AI features into applications through Hercules' AI Gateway. Applications run on serverless infrastructure and can be deployed to a Hercules-hosted URL or custom domain.

Hercules also supports Progressive Web Apps and workflows for publishing applications to Google Play, Apple's App Store, and the Microsoft Store, although store packaging uses PWA Builder and platform-specific developer accounts may be required. Teams can collaborate inside organizations, while Business plans add capabilities such as SAML SSO and code and database exports.

Hercules operates with Free and paid subscription tiers including Pro and Business options, while recent official product information also references an Ultra tier. Plans provide monthly AI credits and cloud allowances. AI Agent usage consumes AI credits, while hosting usage above included limits and AI inference performed by published applications can incur separate cloud-credit charges. Additional AI credits can be purchased when needed.
