GoSearch

GoSearch is an enterprise AI search and knowledge platform designed to help employees find information, ask questions, and automate work across the tools their company already uses. It connects more than 100 applications and can bring together documents, messages, tickets, CRM data, project information, calendars, and other workplace knowledge in one searchable experience. Supported sources include tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Confluence, Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Zendesk, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Asana, and many others.

The platform combines traditional enterprise search with GoAI, an AI assistant that retrieves and synthesizes information from connected sources. Instead of only returning links, GoAI can generate contextual answers based on company data. GoSearch supports real-time and federated search, allowing information to be retrieved directly from connected applications while respecting the original access permissions.

Beyond search, GoSearch includes AI Agents and a visual no-code workflow builder. Teams can create specialized agents for departments such as sales, HR, engineering, IT, and product. Agents can search internal data, perform multi-step tasks, trigger actions across applications, update systems, generate reports, and run recurring or event-based workflows.

Administrators receive analytics for monitoring search behavior, AI adoption, workflow usage, and knowledge quality. GoSearch also includes tools for verifying resources, deprecating outdated information, managing approved answers and glossaries, reviewing feedback, and maintaining audit logs.

For security, GoSearch is SOC 2 Type II certified and supports GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA requirements. It offers permission-aware search, zero-data-retention options, SAML SSO, SCIM, audit logging, BYO LLM, BYO Cloud, sensitive-data detection, and prompt-injection protection.

GoSearch currently offers a Free plan at $0, a Pro plan at $20 per user/month, and custom Enterprise pricing. The Free plan includes 10 searches and 3 GoAI queries per day, while Pro adds unlimited searches, unlimited GoAI conversations, private agents, advanced LLMs, workflows, and unlimited file uploads up to 80 MB each.
