Fellow is an AI-powered meeting management and note-taking platform designed for individuals, managers, remote teams, sales organizations, customer success departments, and enterprises. Unlike tools focused only on transcription, it supports the full meeting workflow: preparing an agenda, collaborating during the conversation, recording and transcribing the meeting, distributing a recap, and tracking the resulting tasks.
The Fellow AI Note Taker can automatically join scheduled Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams calls. It records the meeting and produces a speaker-labelled transcript, structured summary, discussion chapters, decisions, outcomes, and suggested action items. Calendar rules can determine which meetings the assistant joins, including all eligible calls, meetings organized by the user, manually selected events, or meetings matching custom conditions.
Fellow also provides collaborative meeting notes where participants can add discussion points, supporting information, decisions, and assigned tasks before or during a call. Action items can include owners and due dates, appear in a centralized task view, and synchronize with external project-management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Linear, and Microsoft To Do.
Ask Fellow lets users question an individual meeting or search across their broader notes and transcription history. It can retrieve previous decisions, project updates, customer feedback, and outstanding commitments without requiring users to reread complete transcripts. Recordings and selected clips can also be shared with appropriate permissions for training, follow-up, or stakeholder context.
Fellow connects with more than 50 productivity, CRM, communication, and project-management tools. The current pricing structure includes Free, Solo, Team, Business, and Enterprise options. The Free plan provides five AI meeting notes and recordings per user, while Solo offers unlimited notes, recordings, and transcriptions for individual users.
