Dashworks is an AI workplace search and knowledge assistant designed for companies that have information spread across multiple tools. Instead of requiring employees to search Slack, Google Drive, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, GitHub, support platforms, and internal documentation separately, Dashworks connects these sources and lets users ask questions in natural language from one interface.

A major strength of Dashworks is its real-time search approach. The platform can retrieve current information directly from connected applications and return answers with links to the original sources, allowing users to verify where information came from. Dashworks also respects existing document-level permissions and can reflect permission changes without relying on long indexing delays.

Teams can create custom AI assistants for different use cases such as employee onboarding, product questions, sales enablement, customer support, engineering, and internal knowledge management. Dashworks also provides a Slackbot, browser extension, reusable workflows, shared topics, file uploads, and Deep Research for more complex questions requiring multi-step analysis across organizational knowledge.

The platform integrates with workplace applications across messaging, documentation, CRM, project management, support, HR, and engineering. Examples include Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Gong, and others.

Dashworks supports several major AI model families, including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta. Its security features include SOC 2 Type II, GDPR support, HIPAA compliance, encryption, access controls, zero-data-retention options for supported applications, and a policy that customer data is not used to train foundation models.

Pricing currently starts at $12 per seat/month for Team, Business is $15 per seat/month with a 10-seat minimum. Enterprise pricing is customized. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.

Dashworks announced in April 2025 that HubSpot had entered into an agreement to acquire the company and that the Dashworks team would join HubSpot.
