Clara is an AI-powered scheduling assistant designed to manage the back-and-forth involved in booking meetings. Instead of sending a scheduling link, users simply copy Clara into an email conversation. Clara reads the full thread, understands the participants and scheduling context, checks calendar availability, proposes suitable times, follows up when people do not respond, and sends the calendar invitation once a time is confirmed.

The assistant works with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange and can connect to multiple calendars. Users can customize preferred meeting times, buffer periods, meeting duration, event titles, follow-up behavior, reminders, CC/BCC preferences, and preferred meeting channels.

Clara can coordinate individual and group meetings, including meetings across different time zones. Its current system supports scheduling with up to seven other participants in a group and can handle rescheduling within an existing email thread. Video meeting options can include Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams depending on the user's configuration.

Privacy is a major part of Clara's positioning. The company states that no human at Clara reads customer emails, scheduling threads are processed by the AI without manual review, and customer data is not used to train its models.

Current pricing includes a 14-day Free trial with 5 meetings, Standard at $80/month with 30 meetings, and Enterprise with custom pricing and unlimited meetings.
