Brainfish is an AI customer support and knowledge platform designed primarily for B2B companies that want to automate customer self-service without relying on basic rule-based chatbots. It connects existing product documentation, support tickets, conversations, videos, files, and other knowledge sources into a unified knowledge layer that powers AI support agents across multiple customer and internal channels.

A key capability is Brainfish's self-updating knowledge layer. Businesses can connect existing sources such as Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Zendesk, Salesforce Knowledge, Help Scout, Mintlify, ReadMe, websites, OpenAPI specifications, and other systems. Brainfish can also process PDFs, videos, audio recordings, and other assets, extracting useful information and transforming it into structured knowledge that its agents can use.

Organizations can then deploy specialized AI support agents across website chat, help centers, developer documentation, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce email workflows. These agents use the same underlying knowledge while allowing teams to configure individual skills covering tone, scope, escalation procedures, support processes, and business rules. Answers can include citations to the underlying source material, helping customers and support representatives verify the information provided.

Brainfish goes beyond answering questions through Workflows & Actions. Agents can trigger workflows based on conversation context, integrate with APIs and tools through custom actions and MCP, or escalate conversations to human support representatives in systems such as Zendesk. Brainfish also provides an internal AI copilot that employees can access through Slack, Microsoft Teams, Chrome, and Claude to retrieve company knowledge and draft customer responses.

Analytics provide visibility into resolution rates, deflection, customer satisfaction, conversation history, agent performance, knowledge gaps, and content health. Brainfish can surface themes from customer conversations and recommend improvements to support content and agent configurations, creating a feedback loop between customer interactions and the company's knowledge base.

For enterprise deployments, Brainfish provides SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification, GDPR support, regional hosting in the US, EU, and Australia, SSO/SAML/SCIM, private tenants, and customer-managed encryption keys. The current Platform package includes five platform seats and 5,000 monthly queries, while AI Actions, integrations, localization, additional seats, and additional query capacity are available as add-ons. Pricing is quote-based, with separate options for startups and enterprises.
