Yasser El Hardouz is an entrepreneur, AI transformation and governance specialist, and storyteller whose work connects technology, business and human ambition.
His career spans more than 15 years across telecommunications, technology, education, workforce development and the creative industries, with experience across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. His background includes work with Fortune 500 companies and on multimillion-dollar government contracts, bringing him into collaboration with senior executives, public-sector leaders and the teams responsible for turning strategy into reality.
Across these environments, Yasser has developed a conviction that shapes his approach to building businesses: technology creates lasting value when people understand it, organisations can govern it and its promises hold up in practice. His work in AI draws together years of leading change, developing talent, delivering complex programmes and navigating institutional expectations.
He founded AISetApp to help organisations make better decisions about AI, bringing tool selection, responsible adoption and governance into the same conversation.
